I wear these for only basketball (indoors) and so far I'm impressed with the support, cushion (forefoot and heel) and traction on Court. appropriate for this was as advertised and shoe size. The only drawback with this shoe is the shoe lace locking system. Once the straps are pulled, it is difficult to loosen when you try to remove your shoes. all in all, great performance basketball shoe.
